I won't be leaving my street, like ever.
September 1rst I change tattoo shops and join Twilight Tattoo.
3054 Bloomington Ave, MPLS
(three blocks from my house)
I've been wanting a Minneapolis tattoo home for a while now,
and this seems like it's going to be a great fit.
I have so much Powderhorn Park pride already,
and it's about to get even crazier.
I'm excited to work with Shane Wallin and the gang,
and in one of the coolest buildings anyone has ever tattooed in.
All 5 years that I've lived in Minnesota,
I've worked at Identity Tattoo.
(and that's like 20 in tattoo years. really)
Todd "Lucky" Lambright has been an amazing boss and friend,
gave me a job when I first moved here from out of state;
all not-very-experienced and without a clientele.
He taught me a lot,
and gave me lots of room to grow,
and I'll be eternally grateful.
Identity is wonderful shop with so much talent,
and I plan to keep a solid relationship with everyone there.
I also plan on stopping by occasionally just to loud up the place.
I'm not much of a suburbs kind of guy,
but Identity and Maple Grove treated me very well.
To all of my existing clientele:
I will be doing pretty much the same thing at Twilight.
Early-ish hours, custom pieces, friendly atmosphere.
I'd love to have you continue getting tattooed by me.
Let me know if you have any questions,
but it should be a smooth transition.
I assure you, Minneapolis is a great place,
and it's not too far away.
And before or after your tattoo session,
you can stop by MayDay Cafe,
or picnic in Powderhorn Park.
You'll love it.
I know I do.
