but I got me a nice little place in the stars

I have a new schedule since returning to Identity Tattoo;
instead of working till 8pm, I leave at 6.
It's been amazing so far.
I wake up early anyway, so starting my first tattoo of the day at 10 am (instead of noon) is easy,
and then I have so much real person time after work.
Thanks to all my clients for being flexible,
I really do appreciate my new adult-like hours.

Meryl and I rode bikes around Lake Nokomis this evening.
Every blossoming tree is in full bloom here,
and then towards the end of our ride the sun started to set,
and it was lovely.
(and all of this before 8pm)

I've been working on some really exciting pieces since returning,
but most of them are large and require multiple sessions.
But yesterday I did this horse memorial tattoo (with wings),
and it took a little less than 4 hours in one session.
Rachel did awesome,
and I got some decent photos.
And there will, mostly likely, be a background in it's future.
